UCPN-Maoist Chairman Pushpa Kamal Dahal Speech

Addressing a mass gathering of the 30-party led alliance at Khulamancha on Saturday . UCPN-Maoist Chairman Pushpa Kamal Dahal has urged the ruling parties to make the consensual environment for the new constitution. He said that his party-led alliance was always ready to come to the negotiating table if the ruling parties come to the point of implementing past agreements reached between the political parties for new constitution.
